Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing built-not-hired.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Services

The Site offers digital products ("Templates") and access to educational content ("Guides"). Templates are delivered as downloadable files after purchase through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.

3. Digital Products

All Template sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not available after download. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased Template, contact support within 14 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including Guides, Templates, text, graphics, and code - is owned by Linara Bozieva or licensed to her. Templates purchased grant you a single-user license for use in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased Templates.

5. Community

The Built, Not Hired community is hosted on Skool. Community membership is subject to Skool's terms of service in addition to these terms. Community access is granted on a subscription basis and can be cancelled at any time.

6. Agency Services

Ravenopus agency services are subject to separate service agreements executed between the client and Ravenopus.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
