1. Agreement

By accessing built-not-hired.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Services

The Site offers digital products ("Templates") and access to educational content ("Guides"). Templates are delivered as downloadable files after purchase through our payment processors, Lemon Squeezy and Stripe.

3. Digital Products

Blueprint and Blueprint Pro are digital downloads, and those sales are final once the download has begun. If a purchased Template arrives broken or incomplete, contact hello@built-not-hired.com within 14 days of purchase and we will repair or replace it. Blueprint Enterprise and the Agency strategy call are scheduled sessions rather than downloads: cancel more than 48 hours before the session and the fee is refunded in full; inside 48 hours the fee is non-refundable, but the session may be rescheduled once within 30 days at no extra cost. Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you have not validly waived under applicable consumer protection law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including Guides, Templates, text, graphics, and code - is owned by Growth Engine LLC (dba "Built, Not Hired") or licensed to it. A Template purchase grants you, as the original purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and extend that Template. Scope differs by product: the AI Marketing Team Blueprint, the AI Retail Analytics Team Blueprint, and the Agent-Run YouTube Channel Blueprint are licensed for unlimited brands, businesses, and channels you own or operate; the AI Marketing Agency Blueprint is licensed to build and operate your own agency, including unlimited client work delivered through it. The Platform Physics Packs are licensed separately and on different terms: the license covers one business, everyone within that business may use it, and it permits use for your own brands and your own clients' work, together with quotation with attribution to Built, Not Hired. Content you write into the blank sections of those files is yours outright and is not claimed by that license. In every case you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Template, in whole or in part. Each Template ships with a license file setting out its full terms, and you may request the applicable text before purchase at hello@built-not-hired.com. Where that license conflicts with this section as to the scope of the rights granted, the license controls. Nothing in a Template license limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Community

The Built, Not Hired community is hosted on Skool. Community membership is subject to Skool's terms of service in addition to these terms. Community access is granted on a subscription basis and can be canceled at any time.

6. Agency Services

Ravenopus agency services are subject to separate service agreements executed between the client and Ravenopus.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
