1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address (when subscribing), name and payment information (when purchasing). Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or Calendly depending on the product; we do not store payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver purchased products
- Send email communications you opted into
- Improve the Site and our products
3. Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive periodic emails about new guides, template launches, and related content. Email is sent through Resend, our email service provider. Your subscriber record itself is held by us in our own storage rather than by the email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Where you subscribe or request a downloadable resource by entering your email address, we record evidence of that request alongside your subscriber entry: the page you signed up on, the version of the consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and the IP address the request came from. We keep this so we can demonstrate what you agreed to and when. Unsubscribing removes you from our mailing; you can also request deletion of the record entirely under section 7.
When you submit your email address, we perform a DNS lookup on the domain part of that address to check that it is capable of receiving mail. This checks the domain only, never the individual address, and it is done so that a mistyped domain is caught while you are still on the page rather than silently failing afterward.
4. Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate - which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and which downloads and sign-ups complete. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) in your browser so that repeat visits within a session and across sessions can be counted as one visitor rather than several.
We use this only to measure how the Site performs. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Google's handling of the data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent this collection by blocking cookies for this Site in your browser settings, or with any standard content blocker.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Lemon Squeezy - Payment processing and product delivery
- Stripe - Payment processing
- Resend - Email delivery (purchase confirmations, downloads, and newsletter mail)
- Google Analytics - Aggregate site analytics (see section 4)
- Calendly - Call scheduling, booking records, and payment for paid sessions
- Skool - Community platform
- Vercel - Site hosting
- Vercel Blob - Storage and time-limited delivery of downloadable files, and storage of subscriber and purchase records
- Upstash - Queued background processing for order reconciliation
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email.
